Atomos Rosè Wine (1 liter) in a Handcrafted Gift Box. Derived from 100% old Montepulciano d’Abruzzo pure variety, up to 65 years of age. Fermented following a unique traditional method of our land named CERASUOLO, by which a light contact with skins results in a lighter color and extremely versatile wine. Atomos is the first wine in the world to be entirely destemmed by the unique Three-Finger process and aged under sea water, where water temperature is stable at 14°C.

Every Atomos Unerwater wine bottle is rigorously stored under sea water for some months in order to achieve absolute preservation.

Grapes: 100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, processed as traditional Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo

General Production: 300-500 bottles

Aging: 9 months in French oaks and 6 months Under Sea Water

Fermentation: by indigenous yeasts, for 24 hours maceration in steel tank with temperature control

Recommended Serving Temp: 14°C (57 °F)

Manual destemming 1by1 grape berry as per Three Finger ATOMOS Process
